PROCESS FOR PLACING CALL-UPS UNDER THE STANDING OFFER (SO)

The Standing Offers will be used for requirements below $250 000, when Client Departments want to issue a call-up to the lowest qualified supplier, without further competition. |

Clients may issue Call-ups to the SO Holder with the lowest cumulative price (as calculated by adding together all the firm per diem rates of the required Categories of Personnel for each Standing Offer Holder). |

PROCESS FOR AWARDING CONTRACTS UNDER THE SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT (SA)

The Supply Arrangements will be used when Client Departments have an operational requirement to compare resources before award of a contract. |
Up to and including $1M: A minimum of three (3) SA Holders must be invited to submit a proposal which may include a percentage discount on the per diem rate set out in the Supply Arrangement. These SA Holders must include one (1) of the three (3) SA Holders offering the lowest per diem rate and one (1) random SA Holder.
Greater than $1M up to and including $2M: A minimum of five (5) SA Holders must be invited to submit a proposal which may include a percentage discount on the per diem rate set out in the Supply Arrangement. These SA Holders must include two (2) of the three (3) SA Holders offering the lowest firm per diem rate and two (2) random SA Holders.
